LODGE Berlin successfully provides holiday apartments for rent in Berlin Friedrichshain since 2005. We opened with one two-room apartment. Since then we have continuously enlarged and are pleased about a very good booking situation of our six holiday apartments at present.
Now we would like to make our experience available to other flat owners or landlords. So we are offering the following services for profitably utilizing your real estate property as holiday apartment:

• Professional online-Marketing: Appealing presentation of your apartment as well as keeping the availability up to date on important internet platforms and on social-networking sites (facebook, xing etc.)
• Co-ordination of the entire booking process: correspondence via email and phone in English and German. Handling of all requests, quotes and bookings as well as accounting, dunning process, terms and conditions
• Pricing according to season and demand
• Stand-by duty by phone
• Cleaning, laundry and facility manager service
• On request: Bookkeeping and preparation for the annual tax declaration through external service providers
