This one-room-studio (30 sqm) is to be found in tranquil side wing. The typical Berlin turn-of-the-century house was carefully refurbished in 2009. Just a stone´s throw away all around popular Helmholtzplatz you will be tempted to explore the variety of cafés, restaurants, galleries and colourful shops. Also within walking distance, the weekend market on Kollwitzplatz as well as the fleemarket in Mauerpark are worthwhile discovering.
This apartment on the ground floor perfectly suits single travellers and couples. A third person could also be accommodated on the airbed.

Prices
Prices vary depending on season, number of people, and duration of stay. We are happy to send you an individual offer on request.
For your orientation:
- One person: 49 to 69 EUR per night
- Two persons: 54 to 74 EUR per night
- Additional guest: 10 EUR per night
The price includes one set of bed clothes, one large towel per person, dish towels, as well as the final cleaning. An extra cleaning in between, including new laundry, is possible for 30 EUR with your early notice.
