A somewhat different LODGE: A loft with spacious kitchen-cum-lounge-room, stylish sixties inventory and panorama windows that allow an open view to the West. The former warehouse building´s floor (80 sqm) is located right in the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg.
- Fully equipped kitchen-cum-lounge-room (ca. 60 sqm!) with lots of extras such as dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, microwave-oven, refrigerator, toaster etc. Small choice of herbs and spices as well as coffee and tea: Extra long table, comfortable pull-out sofabed (160 × 200 cm) TV, Nintendo Wii with DVD-player-mode, radio-CD-player.
- Bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm), pull-out sofabed (140 × 200 cm) and second TV
- Bathroom with shower and window
- 1 hour free of charge Wifi access (in exceptional case longer)
- Children´s cot and high chair available
- Small multilingual library

Occupancy of a maximum of six persons possible.
Prices
Prices vary depending on season, number of people, and duration of stay. We are happy to send you an individual offer on request.
For your orientation:
- One person: 70 to 85 EUR per night
- Two persons: 80 to 95 EUR per night
- Additional guest: 15 EUR per night
The price includes one set of bed clothes, one large towel per person, dish towels, as well as the final cleaning. An extra cleaning in between, including new laundry, is possible for 30 EUR with your early notice.
